Amar Ujala Epaper

Amar Ujala is a Hindi regional daily newspaper with a readership of over 29.5 million in India as per the latest IRS reports. The news paper which had its humble beginning on 18th April 1948 from Agra has now emerged as a leading newspaper in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh Uttarakhand and New Delhi. Amar Ujala was jointly founded by Shri Puranchandra Gupta and Shri Gurudev Gupta in Jhansi in 1942. In 1947 Amar Ujala shifted its headquarters to Kanpur, where it launched its second edition on 21 September 1947.
